Adam Derry, Chief Executive Officer

An experienced brand visionary and marketing expert, Adam Derry serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ADBD, the renowned L.A.-based creative brand development agency. Recognized by Complex Magazine as “a pioneer in the fashion world, pushing culture forward every day”, Derry has successfully developed a large number of high-profile brands, celebrities, and properties. He is regularly sought out by Fortune 100 companies to connect brands, experiences, and consumers through a balance of brand strategy, creative design, and meaningful narrative.

Derry leveraged his expertise as Creative Director for Ekocycle, a high-fashion initiative between will.i.am and Coca-Cola seeking to create aspirational luxury products using post-consumer recycled materials. He helped design collections for global brands, including Adidas, MCM, and the NBA. He designed the world’s first fully artificially intelligent tuxedo with Gucci and was awarded Innovator of the Year by WGSN.

An active member of multiple non-profit arts organizations in Los Angeles, Adam Derry has also facilitated social change through his work with Feeding America, Global Citizen, OmniPeace, and Tide's Loads of Hope.

As co-founder and chief digital strategist for numerous multi-category lifestyle brands, Connie Derry has successfully led all digital marketing strategies and implementation for ADBD. Her expertise in digital & growth marketing and efforts across paid media strategy, email & SMS strategy, affiliate & influencer marketing, and social media strategy & management have led our clients to reach an unprecedented level of both profitability and global brand awareness.

Connie's success shows through her work with leading brands such as Bandolier, KINTO, Graf Lantz, AETHER Apparel, Cotton Citizen, and more, reflect her proven track record of success through her innovative consumer-driven marketing vision and her keen sense of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Prior to ADBD, Connie served as Director of Marketing at Universal Music Group where she was responsible for developing and executing original and groundbreaking marketing strategies for legendary performing artists ranging from pop icons such as Janet Jackson to classic heritage artists such as Yusuf (formerly known as Cat Stevens).
